The West Michigan Corporate Challenge brings together West Michigan businesses to get active through friendly competition. Coworkers work together on a series of events to claim the Grand Champions Trophy for their business. The inaugural West Michigan Corporate Challenge will take place September 5-8, 2018.

This is your opportunity to team up with your coworkers on a day of fun competition and networking! West Michigan businesses of all sizes will take part providing a fun setting to network within the community.
Who is it is hosted by
Priority Health is the presenting sponsor of the West Michigan Corporate Challenge. The West Michigan Corporate Challenge is operated by the Michigan Sports Alliance.
Fielding a TeaM
Companies will compete within one of four divisions based on their total number of West Michigan employees (full-time and part-time; employees must be 18+ years old). Spouses of employees are welcome to participate. The Corporate Challenge is designed so that companies can be competitive with as few as 10 participants or bring as many as 100 participants to share in the competition.
Companies will be encouraged to designate a team captain or co-captains to work with employees and the Corporate Challenge staff. The team captain(s) will recruit their coworkers to fill the events. Teams will be responsible for scheduling as some events will overlap throughout the main day of competition. The Corporate Challenge staff will provide more detailed information and a contact person to field questions. There will be a captain’s meeting the week before the West Michigan Corporate Challenge starts to answer any questions teams may have. Waivers can be turned in at this meeting. Registration fees are dependent on how many employees a company has.
Division 1 (1,001+ employees): $2,500 per team
Division 2 (301-1,000 employees): $2,000 per team
Division 3 (101-300 employees): $1,500 per team
Division 4 (up to 100 employees): $1,000 per team
Deadline to register is August 31, 2018.
The team with the most points in each division will be awarded the Grand Champion Trophy to display at their business until next year’s Corporate Challenge. Trophies will be given to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams in each division to keep.
